Placing An Order

• Click on the “Order Now” button, and select the correct package for your client.
• Fill out the form completely and ensure its submitted.
• Our team will review your form and assign an account manager.
• An account manager will add you to a Slack channel for further communication.

Please note:

• We cannot start the project without the completed form.
• If your website requires products or a payment portal, select the E-commerce functionality add-on during the ordering process.
• Copywriting services for websites are not currently provided, but we will introduce this service in the future.
• We design and build websites and set up the payment processor if purchased. However, other back-end tasks such as shipping and affiliate accounts are your responsibility for e-commerce websites.
• All Website Packages include the first annual hosting charge of $99.You will be automatically charged annually until the hosting is canceled or transferred.

Includes:

• 1 high-converting opt-in page.
• Built on client subdomain.

1-3 Page Website

Includes:

• 1-3 page WordPress responsive website.
• Primary navigation with 3 pages of your choice (e.g., Home, About Us,Products and/or Services, Map & Directions, Contact Us, Thank You page).
• Search engine-friendly website.
• Optional blog page (entries not included).
• Up to 15 photo image uploads included.
• Unlimited text changes during the revision process.

4-5 Page Website

Includes:

• 5-page WordPress website customized to your business, products, and services.
• Maintenance, security, and updating services.
• Direct contact with our team before work begins.

Premium Website Hosting and Maintenance

Upgrade your website build to the Premium Hosting & Maintenance package, which includes:

• Monitoring and Up-Keep.
• Direct premium support and communication.
• Up to 2 hours of changes every month.
• Wholesale rate of $99/month (recommended retail price: $135/month).

FAQs

Q: What happens during the onboarding process?

• Initial Consultation (if needed) – 3-5 Business Days: We will conduct a consultation call with the customer to gather additional information needed for the setup.
• First Mock – 15 Business Days: Based on the information provided during the consultation call, our developers will design a template mockup with your chosen color scheme, logo, and images.
• Second Mock – 15-25 Business Days: Once the mockup is approved, we will build out the site, populate it with industry-specific content, and provide industry-specific images if none are supplied.
• Site Publication – 20-25 Business Days (after deliverables are submitted).

Q: What can I do to make this project a success?

A: To ensure the success of your project, we recommend the following:

• Provide sample websites (likes or dislikes) or other design directions during the consultation call.
• Provide images and text content as requested.
• Communicate efficiently with us to keep the project on track to meet the set deadlines.

Q: Can we use an already existing domain?

A: Yes, you can use an already existing domain. One of our website experts will guide you through the process of pointing the domain name to the new website or do it for you.

Q: Is SEO included for my website?

A: Basic SEO is included, which means your website should rank for specific keywords over time, such as the business name. We use a highly-rated SEO WordPress plugin for the websites.
We recommend pairing this service with an ongoing SEO package.

Q: Do you provide stock images?

A: We can provide stock images upon request. However, we recommend using professional images of your business, products, and services to create a more personalized website.

Q: What are the limits on word count for each page?

A: The word count limit for each page is 1000 words. Additional text beyond this limit will be charged on a 1-1000 word count basis (e.g.,3500 words on one page would be a charge of 4 pages). Minor overages may be accepted in certain circumstances.

Q: Can You Build Shopify Sites?

A: At this time, we only build our e-commerce sites using WordPress/WooCommerce. We find this option provides us with more flexibility to create a perfect custom site to meet everyone’s needs.

Q: What is Responsive design?

A: Responsive design means that your website will adapt to whatever screen size your potential customer is utilizing, whether it’s a cell phone or a television.

Q: What if I am not sure what package my client needs?

A: You can always send your client’s current site along with future ideas and plans to our support team who can assist you with a proper quote.
